Eric Chiu

Eric Chiu is a seasoned professional in program management and user experience design, currently serving as Program Manager and Lead UX Strategist at Softrams since February 2023. Prior to this role, Eric was a Product Design Lead at Humana and accumulated extensive experience as a Designer/Researcher at Nava, where contributions focused on enhancing government service design. Additional experience includes roles at Fjord, where leadership in design research for government agencies was pivotal, and as a UX Researcher at Accenture, focusing on employee experience. Previous positions as a Human Factors Specialist and Undergraduate Researcher further underscore Eric’s diverse skill set. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University, with additional studies at Chalmers University of Technology.
