Jeromy Smith

Jeromy Smith is an accomplished program and portfolio manager with extensive experience in IT project management across various federal agencies and private sector companies. Currently serving as Program Manager at Softrams, a Tria Federal Company since October 2023, Jeromy previously held roles at SemanticBits (now ICF), managing IT professional services and leading scrum teams within the CMS Quality Payment Program. With a background in directing the IT Enterprise Project Management Office for the City of Baltimore, Jeromy established project management frameworks and oversaw numerous projects. Prior experience includes program management at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, project management leadership at Broadridge, and foundational roles in financial services at T. Rowe Price. Jeromy holds a Master of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems from Taylor University.
