Laura Jennings

Laura Jennings is an experienced Release Train Engineer currently facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) processes at Softrams since August 2022. Previously, Laura served as an RTE at USAA from June 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing program-level execution, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a chief scrum master. Earlier roles at USAA encompassed serving as a Scrum Master and Program Project Manager, contributing to team value delivery and enhancing stakeholder engagement through process improvements. Laura's career also includes significant contributions at UnitedHealth Group, where performance as a Senior Customer Service Quality Auditor and Medicare & Retirement Sales Agent resulted in improved training programs and high customer satisfaction ratings. Laura holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Northwest Vista College.
