Jacky Zhang has extensive experience in IT support roles, currently serving as a Service Desk Specialist at Softrim since February 2023. Prior to this, Jacky worked as a Service Desk Analyst at New Signature from April 2021 to February 2023. Jacky began the career at Onepath LLC, where positions included Service Desk Team Lead and Network Operations Specialist from January 2016 to April 2021.
