Johan Öfverbeck

Johan Öfverbeck has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Their most recent role was as an Artificial Intelligence Partner at Softronic, starting in November 2017. Prior to that, they worked at IPsoft Professional Services AB as a Project Manager from September 2014 to November 2017.

Johan also has experience as an IT Project Manager at Academic Work in 2014, where they coordinated the exchange of production systems for flight and sea shipments. Before that, they were a Project Manager at zipper by enfo from November 2009 to September 2013, overseeing large migration projects.

In 2008 and 2009, Johan worked at Skanova as a Cost Controller and Responsible of Calculations, where they focused on construction and improvement of product and customer profitability calculations. Prior to that, they were a Handling Officer and Statistics Specialist at Sergel from May 2006 to August 2008.

Johan also gained experience as a Coordinator of Process Descriptions at Academic Work in 2006, an ISO-Coordinator at PrintOn Scarena from September 2005 to March 2006, and a Telemarketer at Academic Work from March 2005 to September 2005.

Johan started their professional career as a Callcenter Agent at Teleperformance from June 2000 to September 2001, where they provided inbound support for various clients in different industries.

Johan Öfverbeck obtained a master's degree in mechanical engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Johan also obtained several certifications, including MiCloud Telepo certification from Telepo in November 2015, ITIL Foundation from BiTA Service Management in February 2015, and Professional SCRUM Master (PSM I) from Scrum.org in September 2014.
