Ben Bach

Ben Bach is currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager at SoftServe since July 2025. Previously, Ben held the position of Vice President and Head of Consumer & Services for the D/A/CH region at EPAM Systems from January 2022 to May 2025. Ben's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Capgemini, where responsibilities spanned Head of Market Development in Europe for QSR, Global Account Director for Consumer Products & Retail, and Business Development Executive. Prior to that, Ben was the Director of Business Development and a member of the Management Board at PACT Communication Group. Earlier experience includes roles at Aquarius Digital GmbH as Director of International Business Development and Senior Consultant. Ben's educational background features a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in International Marketing Strategy from the University of Lincoln, graduating summa cum laude.
