Currently serving as Vice President of Sales - Mid-Market East at SoftServe since December 2019, Chris has held several key roles including Vice President for the Northeast US & Canada and Associate Vice President leading global business enablement. As the Founder of Starling North LLC, Chris provides tailored employee development solutions aimed at enhancing productivity through strategic coaching. Prior experience includes senior positions at ADP and athenahealth, focusing on leadership development and digital sales strategies, respectively. Chris holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Worcester State University.
