Ivan Nikiforov

Ivan Nikiforov is an experienced IT recruitment professional with a strong background in team leadership and recruitment consulting. Currently serving as a Team Lead and IT Recruitment Consultant at SoftServe since January 2017, Ivan has previously held positions as a Senior IT Recruiter at EPAM Systems and an IT Recruiter at SoftServe. Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Ivan worked as a Project Manager at EXC Software Solutions. Ivan holds an education degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where studies were completed from 2004 to 2009.
