Oleg Lukianets is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, product management, and technical sales. Currently serving as Lead Business Analyst and Product Manager at SoftServe since October 2020, Oleg is responsible for product vision, end-to-end delivery, and refinement of projects with multiple streams. Previous roles include Cloud Customer Care Lead at MegaFon, where team leadership and client support processes for cloud products were key responsibilities, and various positions at Microsoft focused on consumption and churn prevention, partner technology strategy, and sales support for cloud solutions. Oleg began a career in network engineering at INLINE Technologies after obtaining a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science and Networks from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
