VP, Poland Country Manager at SoftServe

Sebastian Drzewiecki is the current VP, Poland Country Manager at SoftServe. Sebastian has held this position since April 2019. Prior to that, they were the VP & Chairman of the Board at Sabre Poland from December 2017 to December 2021. Sebastian has also held the position of Application Services Executive at Hewlett-Packard from July 2013 to January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for a service delivery and strategy for Business Intelligence Services and Consumer applications delivered by Hewlett-Packard to one of their key HP customers – Procter & Gamble. Sebastian has also served as the Director of Business Service Network at GlaxoSmithKline from February 2015 to March 2019. Prior to that, they were the Program Lead at GlaxoSmithKline from August 2008 to June 2013. Sebastian started their career at GlaxoSmithKline as an IT Manager / Project Manager in October 2005 and held this position until March 2008.

Sebastian Drzewiecki's educational career includes completing a Master's Degree at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości w Poznaniu, as well as becoming a Service Expert and Manager in the ITIL Version 2 and 3 fields through CT Partners. Sebastian is also certified by LinkedIn in Leading Inclusive Teams and Chief Technology Officer Career Guide, and by Learning Tree International in Agile Project Management with Scrum.

Sebastian Drzewiecki reports to Harry Propper, Global President. They work with Bob Worner - VP, Client Success Leader, Vladimir Mendoza - VP, Mexico Country Manager, and Anastasia Frolova - VP, Ukraine Country Manager.
