Szymon Pluta

Szymon Pluta is a Lead Software Engineer at SoftServe, specializing in generative AI and data platforms since May 2022. Szymon has extensive experience building multi-region and multi-cloud data platforms for major APAC banks, utilizing technologies such as GKE, EKS, OCP, Java, Spring, Kafka, and Hive. Transitioning from a Senior to Technical Leader, Szymon directed software development teams to deliver core banking features for over 12 million customers. Previous roles include Software Engineer focused on Forex trading microservices at a major bank and Java Developer Associate at SAP, enhancing the SAP Commerce platform’s performance. Szymon's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from The Silesian University of Technology.
