Vitaliy Haba

Vitaliy Haba has over a decade of experience in IT support, currently serving as an IT Support Coordinator at SoftServe since October 2014, where responsibilities have included team leadership and user support. Prior to SoftServe, Vitaliy worked as a Maintenance Engineer at the State Territorial-branch of Lviv Railway from May 2009 to September 2014, focusing on workstation support and software configuration. Earlier experience includes a position as a Hot-line Operator at UMC from January 2007 to February 2008. Vitaliy holds a Specialist degree in Computers Network and Systems from the Institute of Computer Technologies, Automation and Metrology National University “Lvivska Politechn” (2003 - 2008). Skills include expertise in Windows operating systems, hardware configuration, and various software tools for system recovery and monitoring.
