Elena Zinoveva is a seasoned professional in product management and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at SOFTSWISS since August 2021, where an engagement and gamification tool for online casinos was developed within 11 months, with an MVP launched in just 4 months. Prior experience includes leading marketing operations at Tele2, where a social media strategy improved subscriber perception and increased event frequency and promoters, and serving as Product Team Leader at MegaFon, where the SMS Marketing Service exceeded revenue goals and reduced customer churn through predictive modeling. Earlier, as Product & Marketing Team Leader at VEON, Elena launched 3G network operations that significantly expanded the user base.
