Valentina Kushmintseva

Valentina Kushmintseva serves as the Talent Acquisition Team Leader at SOFTSWISS since December 2022, where Valentina leads and develops a recruitment team while partnering with stakeholders to attract top talent and enhance employer branding within the tech-driven iGaming sector. Prior to this role, Valentina held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SOFTSWISS, contributing to the company's reputation as a leading international iGaming software provider. Valentina's experience also includes roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Reed and Contract Personnel Limited, as well as serving as a Recruitment Coordinator. Valentina is currently pursuing further education at the University of Agribusiness and Rural Development in the College of Business Administration, having also obtained a High School Diploma from the Language School "Vasil Karagyozov."
