Zuzanna Kwapisz is a Talent Development Specialist at SOFTSWISS since January 2023, responsible for contractor relationships and managing the contract process. Previously, Zuzanna worked as a Human Resources Generalist with Spanish and Recruiter at John Deere from October 2021 to January 2023, where essential tasks included collaboration with the Spanish HR team and leading various recruitment projects. Zuzanna's career also includes roles as an Accounts Payable Associate and Operations Representative at Franklin Templeton, as well as a position in the ROCKWOOL Group as an intern in the obligations department. Early experiences include work as a dietary assistant at Naturhouse and as an animator at Rainbow Tours S.A. Zuzanna Kwapisz holds a bachelor's degree in ethnolinguistics from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, obtained between 2018 and 2021.
