Chandrashekhar Bagesar has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Chandrashekhar began their career as an Engineer Material at Diffusion Engineers Ltd, where they developed strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and implemented Just in Time (JIT) methodology for optimizing production and inventory processes.

Chandrashekhar then joined Quadrant Technologies as an Entrepreneur In Residence, where they oversaw organizational development and executed strategic initiatives to drive business upscaling.
