Rahul Deokar

Rahul Deokar has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Rahul is currently working as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at SoftTech Engineers Ltd since January 2019. In their previous roles, they worked as an Independent Human Resources Consultant from May 2013 to November 2018 and as the Head of Human Resources at Confluxsys in 2017. Rahul also served as the Human Resources Manager at Persistent Systems in 2015 and as the Resource Deployment Manager at IBM Global Business Services from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they held various human resources positions at BEHR, Neilsoft Ltd., Nihilent Technologies, Geometric Software, and Man Hunt Placements.

From 1980 to 1991, they attended Vidya Bhavan High School and obtained their SSC degree from the Maharashtra Board. Following this, from 1994 to 1997, they pursued a BA degree in Psychology at Fergusson College. Finally, from 1997 to 1999, they enrolled at Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they earned an MA degree in Industrial Psychology.
