Andrei Silchankau

Andrei Silchankau has a strong work experience in the software engineering field. Andrei began their career at EPAM Systems in 2005 as a Senior Software Engineer and worked in that role until December 2017. Andrei then joined SoftTeco as a Software Engineer from December 2017 to May 2018. Andrei returned to EPAM Systems in January 2019, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer until January 2020. Andrei then moved on to work at Kanda Software as a Software Engineer starting March 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at SoftTeco, which they started in January 2020. Overall, Andrei has gained extensive experience and expertise throughout their career, working in various software engineering roles at reputable companies like EPAM Systems, Oxagile, SoftTeco, and Kanda Software.

Andrei Silchankau obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University. Andrei pursued this degree from 1996 to 2000.
