Ihar Kharashun

Ihar Kharashun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

Starting in 2016, they worked as a Technical Salesman and Support Specialist at shopmanager.by, where they successfully expanded the client base and handled various tasks such as cold calls, negotiations, presentations, sales, and customer relationships.

In 2017, they moved on to Media Line, where they served as a Manager in Sales and Project Management. Here, they actively participated in the creation of three websites, conducted multiple website development assessments, and provided website support services. Ihar held combined responsibilities in account management, sales, project management, and business analysis.

During the same year, Ihar joined INTELICO company, where they worked as a Manager in Requirement Analysis and Project Management. Ihar'srole focused on presale activities, gathering and analyzing requirements, project management, and overseeing up to ten web projects as well as a small team of four people.

In 2019, Ihar joined The Rolling Scopes School as a Junior Frontend Developer trainee and later became a JavaScript Developer student. Ihar gained valuable experience in these roles, enhancing their skills and knowledge in frontend development.

Following their time at The Rolling Scopes School, Ihar joined EPAM Systems in 2019 as a Javascript Developer and Software Developer. Ihar contributed to various projects and played a key role in developing software solutions.

Currently, Ihar is employed at SoftTeco as a Software Developer, starting in 2021.

Ihar Kharashun obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and Economics from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Ihar pursued this degree from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they completed a course in "Software Testing Engineer" at IT Academy, which they obtained a certificate for in November 2015.

Apart from their formal education, Ihar Kharashun also obtained various certifications. Ihar also holds a Duolingo certification for their proficiency in English at an intermediate level.
