Leonid Tsylin

Leonid Tsylin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2005, Tsylin worked as an engineer at Уп "НИИСА" until November 2007. Following this, from November 2007 to July 2012, Tsylin held an engineer position at Agat-System, a research-and-production enterprise under the supervision of the Belarusian State Military-industrial Committee. Tsylin was then promoted to Head of the Development Department at Agat-System, where they worked until June 2017.

In 2017, Tsylin joined Kanda Software as a Project Manager before moving to SoftTeco later that year. At SoftTeco, Tsylin initially served as a Project Manager and was later promoted to the role of Head of PM/BA in December 2020.

Leonid Tsylin has a diverse education history. Leonid earned an Engineer's degree in Radioelectronics from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2000 to 2005. Following this, they pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in the same field from the same university between 2005 and 2007. In 2017 and 2018, Leonid attended IPM Business School, where they studied management. Most recently, from 2022 to 2024, they attended Kozminski University to pursue an Executive MBA degree. In addition to their formal education, Leonid obtained a Professional Scrum Master™ certification from Scrum.org in October 2021.
