Pavlo Shlapak

Pavlo Shlapak is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leading technology and software development firms. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Phygit since January 2020, Pavlo is focused on enhancing 2-way communication between physical products and customers. In addition, Pavlo holds the position of Senior Solution Advisor at SoftTeco, which specializes in full cycle software product development and creating efficient distributed IT teams. Previous roles include Branch Head at Silença Tech, Blockchain Solutions Senior Consultant at Digilect, and CEO and Co-Founder of EPICA. Pavlo's earlier experience also includes leadership roles at BiArch Ukraine and Atlant-M, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of technology implementation and ERP system management. Pavlo earned dual Master's degrees in Radiophysics and Economics from Belarusian State University.
