Roman Ogolikhin

Roman Ogolikhin is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Head of the .Net Department at SoftTeco since December 2017, Roman has previously held significant positions including Software Architect and Development Team Lead at Kanda Software from November 2019 to November 2022, as well as CTO and Software Development Team Lead at Circulator.com, where Roman was responsible for all technical operations from January 2008 to December 2017. Roman began the career as an ASP.Net Software Developer at Impet from September 2004 to December 2007 and started in the industry as a News Subeditor at Mobile Communication Magazine from August 2003 to August 2004. Roman holds multiple MBA degrees from International Management Institute and Academ.by, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
