Harim Hidalgo

Harim Hidalgo is the Vice President of Process Improvement for Softtek US, where they plan, implement, and support various quality initiatives including Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. With a strong background in managing quality processes, Harim has led the development of improvement strategies, training programs, and compliance audits across multiple Softtek locations. Previously, Harim held roles such as Process Improvement Global Leader and Quality Manager, focusing on achieving significant savings and performance improvements for clients. Harim earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana.
