Ivonne Buenrostro

Ivonne Buenrostro is a Talent Acquisition Leader at Softtek, with over 20 years of experience in leading talent acquisition teams and implementing agile processes to meet client service levels. Since 2013, they have been responsible for talent attraction in the IT sector, particularly within Industry and Retail accounts, overseeing a team of sourcing specialists. Prior to Softtek, Ivonne served as the Human Capital Manager at Grupo Gesfor from 2007 to 2011, where they managed various aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee retention, and internal policies. Ivonne holds a degree in Law from Universidad Tecnológica de México, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
