Ricardo Morell is a professional with over 25 years of experience in leading cultural transformation and change management processes. They currently serve as the Director of People at Softtek Mexico, where they implement strategies to foster an ethical, collaborative culture aligned with contemporary challenges and future opportunities. Previously, they held roles at Tecnológico de Monterrey, including Coordinator of Cultural Dissemination and Director of the Representational Theatre Company, and worked as a Senior Consultant specializing in organizational development at Quidam Global, S.A. de C.V. Ricardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
