Tania Couceiro

Tania Couceiro, SPHRi, is currently an ARH Manager EMEA at Softtek, a role in which they manage a team and oversee HR operations across multiple countries. Previously, they served as Responsable ARH España, where they handled administrative HR processes and payroll management. Tania also has extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. In addition to their professional work, they have been a docente in a superior program at ERLAC since 2020, contributing to the education and development of future HR leaders. Tania holds a degree from Universidade da Coruña, completed in 2009.
