Teresia von Sicard

Teresia von Sicard is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Software by Quokka AB since August 2020, Teresia leads high-end software engineering services for enterprises in diverse sectors including Automotive, Telecom, MedTech, and Fintech. Prior to this role, Teresia held the position of Business Unit Manager for Software Engineering at SEGULA Technologies, where a notable team of over 30 engineers was developed. Teresia's tenure at Ericsson spanned nearly two decades, during which significant achievements included establishing and managing software development teams, driving Agile transformations, and overseeing product life cycle management. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Saab Automobile AB and engineering responsibilities at Tekniska kontoret, Lysekils kommun. Teresia holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology.
