Kevin Ball

Kevin Ball is a seasoned technology leader and podcast host with extensive experience in software engineering, coaching, and management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Mento and co-hosting the Software Engineering Daily podcast, Kevin is instrumental in developing AI-driven coaching tools and empowering software professionals. Previously, Kevin held various roles at Humu, ZenDev, and ZURB, focusing on engineering management and software development. Additionally, Kevin is the founder of KBall LLC, providing coaching to software engineers and managers, and has contributed as an editor and panelist in technology discussions. Kevin holds a B.S. in Physics from UC San Diego.
