Paul M. Rand

Paul M. Rand is currently serving as the interim head of Human Resources at the University of Chicago. With a background in communications and business, Paul has held various leadership positions in companies such as Rand Ventures, Critical Mass, Zocalo Group, Ketchum, and Corporate Technology Communications. Paul's experience includes roles as a Principal, Global Chief Digital Officer, Founder/President/CEO, and President/CEO. Paul is also a past President and Board of Directors member at WOMMA. Paul holds a BA in Communications and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master's degree in Business and Public Policy from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
