Jim Morgan has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1987 with MSA. Jim then worked at Diversified Software from 1993 to 2006, where they specialized in selling JCL and Batch Optimization software and services to z/OS Major Accounts. During their time there, Jim achieved Masters Club status for 13 consecutive years and was consistently the top revenue producer for the company. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Sales Director/Sales Executive at Electric Cloud, leading a customer acquisition initiative and successfully introducing Build Acceleration/Build Automation products to software development organizations in the Eastern US Region. Since 2008, Jim has been with Software Engineering of America, initially as the Director of Major Account Sales and currently as the Director of Sales. In their current role, they have been instrumental in helping customers optimize their use of batch processing, leverage their z System strengths, and implement DevOps practices for continuous improvement. Overall, Jim Morgan's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in sales and their ability to drive revenue growth.
Jim Morgan attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business from 1979 to 1983. During this time, they pursued a dual major in Accounting and Computer Systems and successfully completed their Bachelor of Science degree. In January 2014, Jim obtained the ITIL 2011 Foundation Certificate from EXIN.
