Julian Kautsch

Julian Kautsch has a diverse work experience, starting as a Salesman and Promoter at Grupa Scandale in 2015. Julian then joined Leeds Formula Race Team in 2016, where they served as an Engineer and Driver until 2018 before taking on the role of Team Leader until 2019. In 2019, Julian had an internship as a Project Manager at Scuderia Toro Rosso F1 Team. Julian then moved to the Scuderia AlphaTauri F1 Team in 2020, where they worked as a Project Manager, specifically in the Design Office Planning department, until 2022. From 2022 until now, Julian has been working as a Project Manager (Scrum Master) at Project Moria, a Med Tech start-up. In 2023, they joined Software Mansion as a Project Manager.

Julian Kautsch attended the University of Leeds from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. Alongside their formal education, Julian obtained several additional certifications. In 2017, they completed "The Online Marketing Fundamentals" course offered by Google. In the same year, Julian also became a "NI Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD)" through National Instruments. Julian further enhanced their skill set by completing a "Body Language for Leaders" course offered by LinkedIn in 2018. Most recently, in 2022, Julian obtained the "PRINCE2® 6th Edition Foundation in Project Management" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
