Jessica Archer

Jessica Archer has a strong background in technical recruitment. Jessica worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Software Merchant Inc from March 2015 to the present. In this role, they demonstrated expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition. Jessica also had experience sourcing and attracting passive talent through various platforms and tools.

Prior to their role at Software Merchant Inc, Jessica was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Microsoft from October 2012 to January 2015. Jessica was responsible for managing the recruitment process and collaborating with different stakeholders to execute staffing strategies.

Before Microsoft, Jessica worked at Oracle as a Lead Technical Recruiter from August 2009 to August 2012. In this role, they partnered with hiring managers and HR to develop and execute staffing strategies. Jessica was also involved in sourcing and recruiting candidates with high-level clearances.

Jessica started their career as an intern with IBM Global Business Services Talent & Engagement in April 2009, where they gained initial exposure to the talent acquisition field.

Jessica Archer completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Pittsburgh from 2005 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University between 2007 and 2009.
