Damian Mazurek

Damian Mazurek is an accomplished technology and innovation leader with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Software Mind since January 2023 and as Founder and Head Coach at Elite Performance Collective since August 2024, Damian is also a Co-Founder and CTO at Chmurowisko, focusing on public cloud education. In addition to these positions, Damian is involved in academia as a lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology and an instructor at Szkoła Chmury. With a background in financial entrepreneurship as a Co-Founder of Mazuko Finance and a previous CEO of Mazuko Group, a private equity holding company, Damian has a diverse portfolio that includes leadership roles at Gedeus and ELMODIS, as well as team management experience at Ailleron. Damian holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from AGH University of Krakow.
