Kamil Fornal is an experienced technology executive with a robust career at Software Mind since November 2012, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer, Board Member, and VP Delivery for Poland and Western Europe, overseeing internal operations and managing over EUR 55 million in P&L delivery. Kamil has held various roles, including Operational Excellence Director, Software Development Director for the US, and Subsidiary Manager, demonstrating expertise in process improvement, business development, and team coordination across multiple regions. As a co-founder of Sektoria sp. z o.o. and a board member at Code Factory Group and core3 | Data&Analytics, Kamil contributes to strategic leadership initiatives within the technology sector. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Politechnika Rzeszowska and an Engineer's Degree from Wyższa Szkoła Informatyki i Zarządzania w Rzeszowie.
