Piotr Jachimczak has extensive experience in the software industry, holding various roles such as General Manager LATAM, Software Development Director, Project Manager, ScrumMaster, and Senior Software Engineer. Piotr has worked at Software Mind since February 2010 and at JCommerce SA from March 2005 to January 2010. Piotr's responsibilities include coaching in agile approach, managing project budgets, resolving conflicts within the team, and supporting recruitment and pre-sales processes. Piotr holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from The Polish Open University and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Jagiellonian University.
