Lizzie Francis

Lizzie Francis is the co-founder and managing partner of Brilliant Ventures, which focuses on advising and investing in female founders. Brilliant Ventures works with female entrepreneurs with powerful ideas born of deep domain insight and well-motivated teams that execute brilliantly, providing guidance on story, brand, growth, sales, and marketing to founders who consistently deliver great businesses. Francis’ career has been focused on launching and developing consumer brands and products, with particular focus on innovative and digital marketing strategies to scale and build brands.

Francis has had a long passion for entrepreneurship and marketing and has worked at great companies including LowerMyBills.com (sold to Experian Interactive), Fox Interactive, and was a founding partner at Intelligent Beauty, where she held titles of CMO and President of JustFab.com. Most recently, she was CMO of Gilt.com (sold to Hudson Bay). Francis has a B.A. from Cornell University.
