Faizan Polani

Faizan Polani is a dedicated development professional with over 10 years of experience working with local and international NGOs. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Software Finder, Faizan has expertise in Project Cycle Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. They have previously held significant roles including Program Manager at Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi, where they exceeded project assessment targets and secured substantial funding. Faizan also holds a BSc (Honors) in Social Sciences from the Lahore University of Management Sciences and a Master's in Development Management from the University of Birmingham.
