Andrea Frahm

Andrea Frahm has extensive experience in the technology consulting field, currently serving as Delivery Lead for Azure Cloud Services at SoftwareOne since April 2013, after holding various leadership roles in multi-cloud services, Microsoft advisory services compliance, and software lifecycle management. Andrea's expertise includes business process analysis, SAM project execution, customer license contract analysis, and technical coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer at Invivo Corporation and Philips involved troubleshooting and support for Invivo Solutions products. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and an Associate degree in Microcomputer Specialist from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
