Darren Glynn

Darren Glynn currently serves as the Global Head of Marketplace Delivery at SoftwareOne since September 2024. Prior to this role, Darren was an Advisor at Indegene for a brief period in early 2024. From July 2017 to December 2023, Darren held various leadership positions at Novartis, including Global Head of CONEXTS a.i., managing the integration of CONEXTS into Novartis Operations, and overseeing the CONEXTS Region Europe and the Novartis Global Service Center in Prague. Earlier, at PayPal, Darren was Senior Director for EMEA Merchant Operations and Telesales, driving growth and operational strategies. Darren's career began at EBS Building Society as Strategic Development Manager. Education includes a Master's degree in Management from Trinity College Dublin and a Graduate Diploma in Computing from Griffith College Dublin.
