Janine Hensen

Janine Hensen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in both internal and corporate communications. Currently serving as Head of Internal Communications at SoftwareONE since April 2019, Janine leads a global team focused on developing a comprehensive internal communication strategy for 9,000 employees across 90 countries, while also facilitating transformation processes and executive communication. Recognized with the 2021 COO and President of Sales Discretionary Award, Janine previously held the position of Global Lead Corporate Communications, where responsibilities included overseeing the IPO communications for SoftwareONE AG and receiving the 2019 GSO of the Year Award. With a background that includes serving as Corporate Communications Manager at COMPAREX AG and Communications Specialist at PC-Ware AG, Janine has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, advising executive boards, and managing PR initiatives on an international scale. Janine holds a Magistra degree in Communications and Media Science and English Studies from Leipzig University.
