Jean Paul Borit

Jean Paul Borit serves as the General Counsel for Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay at SoftwareONE since 2019. Prior to this role, Jean Paul was a Comisionado en Comisión de Protección al Consumidor at Indecopi Oficial from 2018 to 2023. Jean Paul's extensive experience in the legal field also includes a tenure as Legal Manager for Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2005 to 2017, where roles included Gerente Legal for Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia, as well as in-house lawyer at Muniz, Ramirez Perez-Taiman & Olaya. Academically, Jean Paul Borit holds a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Markets from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (2002-2003) and an Abogado (Juris Doctor) degree in Law from Universidad de Lima (1993-1998).
