Sofiane BEHRAOUI is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and services management across leading technology companies. Currently serving as Country Manager and holding multiple senior roles at SoftwareOne since January 2018, Sofiane has a proven track record in customer experience analytics and strategic leadership in the APAC region. Prior experience includes significant positions at Dimension Data as Workspace Productivity Lead and in various capacities at Dell and Avanade, focusing on unified communications and collaboration. Sofiane holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Maths and Computing from SUPINFO, complemented by early training in system engineering and Java development.
