Chip Bircher

Chip Bircher is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in technology, strategic planning, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at SOFTwarfare® and Co-founder and CEO of SCL Consulting, LLC, which specializes in executive coaching and strategic growth solutions, Bircher has previously held senior roles at Datos Insights, New York Life, and the US Army. With a notable background as a Colonel in the US Army, Bircher has led multifaceted teams in diverse operations, including information operations and strategic communication across international coalitions. Bircher holds a Master of Science in Strategic Studies and Leadership from the US Army War College and additional degrees from Webster University and The Citadel.
