Kristen Gerner

Kristen Gerner-Khan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, change management, and organizational culture transformation. As Co-Founder of Culture+ since September 2021, Kristen focuses on delivering Culture-as-a-Service to enhance employee and leadership behaviors for higher performance. Prior experience includes serving as Communications & Change Strategy Director at Softway, where Kristen developed change management practices, built an in-house market research team, and strategized organizational culture changes across various sectors. Additional roles include Account Management Director and Account Executive at Softway, as well as prior positions at PK Interactive, Ad Results, Joe's Crab Shack, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Houston.
