Jan Nowak

Jan Nowak is the founder and CEO of SoftwiseAI, where they empower organizations to harness Large Language Models, focusing on information retrieval, advanced search, streamlined automation, and knowledge optimization. They are also the founder and CEO of BOTWISE, building a solution that speeds up access to distributed company knowledge from a single place. They previously led Startup Weekend Wroclaw as Lead Organizer from 2015 to 2019, coordinating international 54-hour events for developers, designers, marketers, product managers, and startup enthusiasts. They earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu (2012–2014), a Licentiate in Business Administration and Management (General) (2009–2012), and completed postgraduate studies in Value Management, Investments, Development, Stock Market (2012–2013).
