Jennifer Ramdin

Jennifer Ramdin has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Jennifer began as a Science Career Ladder Explainer Trainee at the New York Hall of Science and later worked as a Science Career Ladder Program Explainer. During this time, they also served as a Formation of Engineers Fellow, participating in a design research program within the museum.

In 2016, Jennifer joined Geek Forest where they held multiple roles, including Retail Manager/Associate, STEAM After-School Educator, and Program Coordinator. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included managing the retail space, processing transactions, assisting customers, and training staff. Jennifer also organized and executed STEAM-based workshops and developed curriculum for after-school and summer-camp programs.

In 2018, Jennifer began working as a Private Independent Contractor Tutor at HeyTutor. Jennifer'srole involved providing private tutoring services.

In 2020, Jennifer worked as a Giant at The GIANT Room, focusing on providing support and guidance.

Most recently, Jennifer joined TRUE in 2020 as a Technical Support Intern and later transitioned to a Technical Support Agent role in 2021.

Jennifer Ramdin earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2021. Jennifer also obtained certifications in "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" from Coursera in September 2021 and "Foundations of Project Management" from Coursera in August 2021.
