Germán Barragán is currently the Director of Commercial Excellence México at Softys, where they focus on trade excellence, revenue management, and sales operations. With a strong background in human resources, Germán has served as HRBP in various sectors, facilitating talent development and coaching to enhance organizational performance. They previously held positions at Novartis, Unilever, and Axalta Coating Systems, where they developed expertise in labor relations, project management, and high-performing teams. Germán holds a degree in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey and had an impactful career as a professor and consultant before transitioning into human resources.
