Ivanna Valentina Flores Campos is an experienced professional in quality management and operational excellence, currently serving as Jefe de Sector Calidad Tissue at Softys since October 2022, where responsibilities include promoting quality across the manufacturing process and analyzing variables to ensure product quality. Previously, Ivanna worked as Ingeniera de Procesos at Softys and as a Jr. Operational Excellence Engineer at Cummins Perú, focusing on continuous improvement and waste elimination. With a solid educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree and a College Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa, a specialization in Processes Management and Improvement from Pacífico Business School, and ongoing Master's studies in Operations Management at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Ivanna is also certified in Project Management as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and has gained expertise in Lean Manufacturing.
