Micaela Rios

Micaela Rios is an experienced HR professional with a background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Analista de Personal at Softys since July 2021, Micaela supports compensation processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor legislation. Previous experience includes leadership positions at AIESEC in Argentina, where Micaela led a team of five as an Outgoing Global Volunteer Team Leader and contributed to youth inclusion initiatives as an HR Manager for the BA MULTIPLICA program. Additionally, Micaela worked as a consultant in operations and volunteer management within AIESEC. Micaela's expertise in talent management was developed through contributions to Sinergia D&M, a community-focused training project. Micaela holds a Technician degree in Human Resources Administration from Instituto Superior de Formación Técnica N°199 and further education in responsible leadership and human resources assistance.
