Ryan van Biljon

Ryan van Biljon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ryan is currently the Vice President of Sales at Sofy, a no-code testing platform for mobile apps and websites. Prior to this, Ryan was the Vice President of Sales – Americas at Symphony SummitAI, a role they held from March 2021 to April 2023.

Ryan has also worked at SolarWinds as the Vice President of ITSM Sales & Services from May 2019 to February 2021. Ryan was involved in the acquisition of Samanage by SolarWinds, where they previously held the position of VP, Sales and Services from October 2016 to May 2019.

Before joining Samanage, Ryan served as the Director of Technical Services at Alphanumeric Systems, where they streamlined the managed services business. Ryan also gained experience at Xerox as the Strategic Business Unit Manager and at Apple as a Senior Sales Manager. Ryan's early career includes roles as a Regional Sales Manager at Dell Inc. and as a Zone Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement.

Additionally, Ryan is an Official Member of the Forbes Business Development Council since September 2017. Overall, Ryan has a strong background in sales leadership and has contributed to the growth and success of various companies throughout their career.

Ryan van Biljon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, they attended Stellenbosch University and obtained another Bachelor of Science degree, this time in Computer Sciences. Furthermore, Ryan obtained the certification of Apple Certified Trainer from Apple Inc. in November 2010.
